I haven’t been spending much time drawing because I’m bummed out that I lost the muscle memory for it that I used to have years ago, when I drew every day. It finally hit me the other day that “Having not drawn makes me sad, so I will continue to not draw,” was not a good policy.

I actually kind of shocked myself by drawing something I like. More importantly, it was fun to do. I don’t think I can challenge myself with drawing every day at this time (since writing every day is more important, and it would be hard to do both), but I want to start drawing more often than once a year.

Right now I’m focusing on drawing Aeka, because she’s always been my default character to draw. I’ll tag any sketches that are part of this with #Aekaproject.
